The front door had been left open and dead dry leaves and dust, which collected around front door not swept up out front, had blown into the house. 
The biggest gripe was the broken motorized blinds (could not be operated manually at all). The main reason we rented was the beautiful view and the big deck where we had a family birthday party. We were told twice someone was fixing the blinds only to return and find no one had come. On the 3rd report someone was coming a guy showed up. He couldnt fix them but was able to tie them up. He said he was coming back but did not.
My issue was being told something is happening only to find out, on 2 occasions, that it was not at all being handled." (6/5)
